We treat your data as it were our own, so we only access or share your data (with services we use) in order to provide you with good customer service. This requires us to track website behavior, store cookies and process your information.

Services we use

We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. We default to processing your data anonymously, but this isn’t possible for all the services we use. Exceptions of this are:

Memberstack

We use Memberstack to process memberships & accounts. Memberstack processes your contact information for your account and payment details through Stripe. Your contact details are accessible by us, but payment details are, and will never be, disclosed with us by Srtripe.

Flodesk

We use Flodesk to send promotional & product update emails. However, we only send you promotional emails once you’ve signed up for CodeCrumbs initially which you can then opt out at anytime.

Zapier

We use Zapier to connect Webflow with Memberstack & Flodesk to simply automate our workflow & the signup process. Nothing is shared outside of Zapier & the connected apps/services we mention here.

G Suite

We use G Suite for sending and receiving email. Support queries sent to hello@codecrumbs.co allow us to provide you with support and currently don’t get sent to any third party help desk.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies in order to provide you the best possible browsing experience. Cookies are enabled by default but you're free to refuse cookies from us.

Memberstack is used in order to provide you with a way to purchase a subscription for CodeCrumbs service.

Fathom Analytics helps us understand how many people visit our website, and which acquisition channels are popular. We anonymize every IP so they can't be traced back to you. Fathom analytics does not collect any personal data and is GDPR compliant.

View or deleting your data

Under the law of GDPR you’ll always have the rights to request the data we have about you.

In case you wish your data to be deleted from the services we can’t guarantee that you’ll still be able to properly use CodeCrumbs, or whether we can be of any help in case you request support.

Correction of data

If for any reason the data we have on you needs to be corrected you can send an email to hello@codecrumbs.co.

Children

Children under 13 need consent of a parent or legal guardian to browse our website or use our services.
